Agglomerator Plastic Pelletizer Film Recycling Granulator Agglomeration Machine
Product Description
The agglomeration machine uses the principle of multi-knife rapid crushing, continuous stirring, kneading friction heating, rapid cooling and shrinking, and puts plastic film, silk, belt, sheet, soft plastic pipe, foaming material, degradable material and other wastes and scraps into reproduction. It is the ideal granulation equipment for the new type of plastic recycling at this stage.
Use of the agglomerator:
1. Recycling and granulating wastes and scraps of various soft plastic films, bags, silk, tapes, sheets and pipes such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, etc.
2. Recycling and granulating of degradable plastic film and scrap material crushing and granulation.
3. Pulverizing and granulating chemical fiber materials (polyester, acrylic, polypropylene, etc.).
4. One machine can be used for multiple purposes, which can replace mixer or dryer equipment.
Features of agglomerator:
The pot body is made of stainless steel.
After the waste is put into the machine pot, the material is quickly cut into pieces by the shearing action of the rotating blade and the fixed blade rotating at a high speed.
Coloring can be carried out by adding appropriate pigments as needed during the chopping process.
Advantages of agglomerator:
l The mechanical system is simple and the actual operation is convenient.
l High manufacturing efficiency and low energy consumption.
l The blade clearance is adjustable for easy tool change.
l Ultra-low temperature granulation does not change the composition and plasticizing properties of raw materials.
l The specific gravity of the processed pellets is the same as that of the original pellets, which can be uniformly mixed with the raw materials, or applied immediately.
l Does not block the feeding port, the addition amount reaches 100%.
Agglomerator vs. granulator
The granulator is to crush plastic products, then heat and melt them through a plastic extruder to make plastic granules.
The agglomeration machine uses the principle of multi-knife rapid pulverization, continuous stirring, kneading friction heating, and rapid cooling and shrinking to make plastic film, silk, ribbon, sheet and other waste and scraps into granules, which are easy to re-mix into new materials.
Agglomerator vs. High speed mixer
The agglomerator is used for plastic film granulation. Because the film density is relatively small, it is necessary to use the granulator to plasticize the film into agglomerates in advance to increase the output.
High-speed mixers are generally used in the mixing of PVC raw materials, because the temperature will rise rapidly during high-speed mixing. Of course, this is also a dehumidification link. If other raw materials are relatively humid, high-speed mixers can also be used to dehumidify.
Agglomerator structure description
The whole machine is divided into base parts, transmission parts, discharge port parts, pot body parts, electrical instrument control cabinets and other parts
Base parts: It is the foundation of the machine, which is welded and processed by steel plate to bear the weight of the whole machine. The main motor, transmission parts and pot body are installed on the upper part of the base. The main motor and the transmission parts are connected by a belt. In order to prevent the belt from loosening, two adjustment screws are installed on the upper side of the base; After loosening the fixing nut on the motor plate, the belt can be tensioned by turning the screw.
Transmission parts: The transmission parts (except the motor) are installed in the pot seat and base under the pot body. It consists of the main motor, large and small pulleys, main shaft, bearings, rotary knife and so on. The pot base is made of cast steel, the lower pot body is installed on the upper part, the main shaft and the bearing are installed inside, and three skeleton-type sealing rings are installed to prevent oil leakage and external dust intrusion; After good heat treatment and finishing, the spindle has high precision and smoothness, which can ensure the smoothness of its rotation. The end of the spindle is equipped with a rotary cutter body, and the two rotary cutters are fastened on the cutter body with bolts. When the main engine starts, the rotary cutter is driven to rotate by the belt pulley.
Pot body parts: The pot body and the bottom of the pot are made of stainless steel, and the inner surface is finely polished to ensure non-stick material and effectively prevent rust. The pot body is divided into two parts: the upper pot body and the lower pot body, and the connection between the two is fastened with rocker bolts. When it is necessary to clean the inside of the pot and replace the rotary knife, loosen the bolts, push the upper pot to rotate horizontally along the vertical axis, and expose the lower pot to facilitate maintenance and cleaning. Note that the power supply must be disconnected during maintenance and cleaning, to ensure that the main motor does not start, and to ensure the safety of maintenance and cleaning.
Precautions for the use of agglomerator:
1. The test run of the machine should be carried out by personnel who are familiar with the technology to prevent accidents.
(1) Check whether there is any foreign body in the pot;
(2) Turn on the power, start the main motor, and check that the rotary knife turns clockwise;
(3) Check whether the discharge door works normally and whether the discharge door can be opened and closed as required.
(4) Start with no load and run for five minutes to check whether there is any abnormality. If there is no abnormality, continue to run for 20 minutes and then stop for inspection.
If there is no abnormality, enter the load test. After the empty operation is normal, a continuous load operation test of not low and two hours is carried out. Before the load operation, the technician must determine the water spray temperature and water spray amount for the material to be agglomerated in advance.
2. The material must be loosened before feeding, and then gradually added, especially for strips and fibrous materials, special care must be taken to avoid overloading the motor - 40 amps, and to prevent the material from winding on the spindle.
3. When feeding, it should be noted that the short-term load of the motor should not exceed 40 amps. When it exceeds, the feeding should be stopped for a while and then the material should be loosened and gradually added.
