Advantage of water ring pelletizing system

The water ring pelletizing system is applicable to most products filled or unfilled thermoplastic materials. Because the water ring pelletizing is formed around the template, the template does not contact with the cooling water. This characteristic of the water ring pelletizing system ensures the uniformity of the template temperature, so that the template discharge is still very uniform and normal even if the output is very low.

Due to the die surface heating system, the water ring pelletizing system not only ensures the smooth and beautiful appearance of material particles, but also timely enters the cooling water ring after the granular materials are cut out, which makes the equipment compact and reduces the floor space of the equipment.
