2. process control

1. Process control

The L / D of the extruder is 40, the temperature of the extruder barrel is: 180 ~ 190 ℃ for the first zone, 200 ~ 210 ℃ for the second zone, 220 ~ 230 ℃ for the third zone, the head temperature is 210 ℃, and the screw speed is 350 ~ 450 r / min.

2. Process control

PS was mixed in a high-speed mixer for 5 minutes and the mixing temperature was 100 ℃. The second extrusion foaming was suitable for low temperature extrusion. The temperature of each section of the barrel was controlled in the range of 100 ~ 185 ℃, and the rotating speed of the screw was 40 ~ 50 r / min.

 

3. characteristic of materials

The appearance and endoplasmic of Microcellular PS wood-imitating plastics is similar to wood. It can be nail, saw, planer. The surface is smooth, light and rigid.

1. Process control

The L / D of the extruder is 25. The temperature of the barrel is: 100 ℃ for the first zone, 130 ℃ for the second zone, 115 ℃ -130 ℃ for the third zone, and the diehead temperature is 90 ℃.

 

2. Characteristic of materials

Products extruded with EVA foaming masterbatch is widely used in propaganda, such as paper imitation, food tray, food box and others, because of its uniform pore, good surface gloss, low density and good mechanical properties.

1. Process control

Mix the PS for 5~10min, and then put them into twin screw extruder. The extruder screw L/D ≥ 25, extrusion temperature 170 ~ 200 ℃, screw speed 100 ~ 140r / min.
