1) When filling, the operator must be optimistic, not give residue into the material, and control the temperature.
2) If the plastic recycling pelletizer is switched on and the material does not adhere to the nozzle head, it is because the temperature of the nozzle head is too high. It will be normal after a little cooling. In general, there is no need to stop the machine.
3) The water temperature of the plastic recycling granulator should generally be 50–60°C. If it is too low, the strip can easily break, and if it is too high, it can easily stick. It is best to add half of the hot water when starting the machine. After a certain time of conveying, let it automatically cut into pellets after the water temperature has risen, so that the strips do not break.
4) When rolling, the strips must be drawn evenly before they can be inserted into the mixing roller, otherwise the granulator will be damaged. If the outlet hole shoots outwards, this proves that impurities have clogged the filter screen. At this time, it is necessary to quickly stop the machine to replace the screen. The mesh size can be 40–60 meshes.

Regularly stop the plastic recycling pelletizer, open the observation door to check the wear of the crusher's inner parts, the wear degree of each wear-resistant lining ring, lining plate, impeller flow channel lining plate, the circumferential protective plate and wear resistance check block and should be replaced or repaired in time after wear, the wear-resistant block should be replaced at the same time after wear, to ensure the balance of the impeller.
