Haisi extrusion provides advanced pelletizing line for all kinds of filler masterbatch.

We design the filler masterbatch extruder according to the output, formula and final application as your request.

Filler Masterbatch are concentrates of CaCO3 or Talc or BaSO4 in a polymer base.

Processing of Filler Masterbatch

a) Feeding

There two feeding system for the filler masterbatch extruder:

Volumetric feeding system

Weight the raw material separately according to the formula

Then put all the material into high speed mixer for 5~10minutes mixing

Discharge the material into spiral loader

Loading the material into the hopper of volumetric feeder

Loss-in-weight feeding system (automatically and higher accuracy)

Put the raw material into each tank on the ground.

Vacuum loader will convey each component into the storing silo.

The raw material will fall into the loss-in-weight feeder automatically. The feeding system will feed the material separately into extruder according to your formula setting one the HMI.

Incorporation of Fillers: Caco3, Talc, TiO2, carbon black,filled PE, PP, or EVA, etc.

High Concentration Color Masterbatches: PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PP,etc. with high concentration of pigments and other

processing aids.

Masterbatches with Flame-retardants: PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PET, PP, etc. with flame retardants and other additives.


2. Water Ring pelletizing line for filler masterbatch extruder
PE, EVA etc. Filled with CACO3,talc,TIO2,carbon black etc.
Color concentrations of PE,ABS, PS,EVA,etc;
Flame retardant master batches of ABS,PS,EVA,etc;
Master batches with PE,PP,PS,etc carriers for degradation applications.


3.Air-cooling pelletizing line for filler masterbatch extruder:
Enforcing modification:PE,EVA etc.+CaCo3,Talc, TiO2,Carbon black.
Degradable master batch: PE,PS etc.+starch,additive etc.
Anti-flame master batch: PE, EVA etc.+Sb2O3, Mg(OH)2,AI2(OH)3 etc.


4. Underwater pelletizing line for filler masterbatch extruder:
1.The main material is PE+CaCO3
2.The metering feeders are equipped with single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding ,side-feeding, etc
3.Different requirementsof feeding, such as power, pellet, lump and luqid material.

Filler masterbatches are used in injection, blow-moulding, film(One layer or Multiple layer), sheet and tapes applications. They offer the following advantages:

Characteristics of filler masterbatch extruder

*TSE series filler masterbatch extruder use innovated design of heater tightened style, it insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
*TSE series filler masterbatch extruder has various modes of pelletizing, such as water-cooling strand machine, air-cooling pelletizing machine, water-ring pelletizing machine, under water pelletizing machine etc.
*The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heat-treatment, which is possessed with high corrosion-resistant and high functions.
*The screw configuration, barrel setup, L/D or mode of feeding and venting, screen changing, way of granulating, and the control mode can be optimally adjusted according to different materials properties and requirements in consideration of the versatility in each general applications.
