Process:

Process:
The extruder L/D is 40, the extruder barrel temperature is: 180~190℃ in the first zone, 200~210℃ in the second zone, 220~230℃ in the third zone; the machine head temperature is 210℃; the screw speed is 350~450r/min .

Process:

Process:
Stir the PS for 5 to 10 minutes, then put it into a twin-screw extruder for melting and extrusion. The extruder screw L/D is ≥ 25, the extrusion temperature is 170 to 200°C, and the screw speed is 100 to 140 r/min.

5. PS foaming

Process:
PS is mixed in a high-speed mixer for 5 to 10 minutes, and the mixing temperature is 100 to 110°C. The second extrusion foaming should be performed at low temperature. The temperature of each section of the barrel should be controlled within the range of 100-185°C; the screw speed should be 40-50r/min.

Process:
The L/D of the extruder is 25; the temperature of each section of the barrel: 100~120℃ in the first zone, 130~145℃ in the second zone, 115-130℃ in the third zone; the temperature of the machine head is 90~130℃.
Material properties:
Products extruded using EVA foaming masterbatch as the foaming agent have uniform cells, good surface gloss, low density and good mechanical properties. They are widely used in promotional imitation paper, food trays, boxes and their products.
