Bromine/ antimony flame retardant LGFPP

Beijing Aerospace Kane Chemical Industry and others use Octabromodiphenyl ethane (ODOPE) and Sb2O3, and add expandable graphite (EG) to produce flame retardant LGFPP.

2. Process

The PP, ODOPE, Sb2O3, EG was added to the high speed mixer in a certain proportion, and then added to the twin-screw extruder (temperature 250 ℃, screw speed 300r/min) for melt compounding; then enters LGF impregnation mould (temperature 260 ℃). The LGF is dispersed, fully impregnated, pulled out by die traction, water-cooled, air-dried, and granulated, finally the flame-retardant LGFPP particle is obtained, then it will be injected into samples.
