Product introduction
Due to its stickiness nature, hot glue is hard to cutting in traditional way, such as water-strand pelletizing, water ring, air cooling hot cutting. Therefore Haisi adopt an advanced new cutting method--underwater pelletizing system. With the underwater pelletizer, granules come out from die head and flow into water directly, which increases the cooling efficiency, and makes the granules shaped good.

Thermoplastic Elastomer TPV, TPU, TPE, TPR, POE, EVA, SBS etc.
Machine Running
An under water pelletiser is a device used to quickly cool and shape molten plastics or other high-temperature materials into pellets. The molten material is extruded through a die and then cut by a rotating blade in water, where the water flow rapidly absorbs the heat, cooling and solidifying the pellets. This technology is commonly used in the plastic, chemical, and other industries, producing uniform, high-quality pellets. The advantages of underwater pelletizing include higher throughput, lower pellet breakage rates, and better control over pellet shape.
