What are the main parts of elastomer extruder?

1. Extrusion equipment: It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, cylinder, machine head, etc.

2. Hydraulic device: High pressure gear pump and flow valve are selected. The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the flow valve. The differential pressure valve before and after throttling is always adjusted to a constant value to ensure accurate control of the weight of the extruded rubber blank.

3. Pneumatic device: It is used to control the opening and closing of the head of elastomer extruder.
