· Closely intermeshing screw profile with screws that are self-wiping at narrow clearance for easy product and color changes.
· Modular building-block system (4D) for screw elements and screw barrels.
· High-duty cast Aluminum heater shells for intensive and reliable heating
· Each barrel One temperature zone for optimal processing.
· Special mixing and shearing elements with varying effects for high process flexibility.
