Features of PVC Air Cooling Hot Face Cutting Pelletizing Line
Due to the low viscocity of PVC resin when molten which is not fit for cold cutting, and it will easily broken when making the strande from die, but insteadly hot cutting process will solve this problem, the final shape of pellet produced is generally cylindrical or waist drum. Meantime, the whole equipment structure is simple, power consumption is low, tool wear is small, and pellet produced do not need to be dried.
