In addition, the hydraulic automatic slag removal and non-mesh filter system is equipped with a synchronously operating impurity removal scraper. When working, the molten plastic passes through the pores, Impurities and dirt remain on the inner wall of the filter plate, and the impurities are automatically removed by the impurity removal scraper every 3-5 minutes, and pushed to the impurity storage chamber by the impurity removal device.

During this process, a part of the useful plastic that is pushed to the storage chamber along with the impurities will automatically return to the cavity of the filter body as the pressure of the storage chamber increases, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous reciprocating filtration.

The accumulation of impurities in the storage chamber is pushed to the slag discharge port, and the synchronous automatic slag discharge mechanism automatically removes the impurities (full-automatic filter without mesh), so that the 24-hour uninterrupted automatic slag discharge is achieved without the function of a filter.

The automatic spit miscellaneous meshless filter greatly improves the use efficiency of the recycled plastic extruder, reduces the labor intensity of the workers, reduces the use cost, and improves the production efficiency.
