Different chemical and physical properties:

PVC: The molecular weight of industrial PVC is generally between 50,000 and 110,000, and it has a large polydispersity. The molecular weight increases with the decrease of the polymerization temperature of 37°C. Without a fixed melting point, it begins to soften at 80-85°C, becomes viscoelastic at 130°C, and becomes viscous fluid at 160-180°C.
